Indian company Akmin’s SiteGalore portal product for service providers have just added a blog module promoted at providing a value added incentive for gaining new clientele.

This from their press release:
Akmin’s SiteGalore (www.sitegalore.com) — the feature-rich, online website building and publishing tool with comprehensive private-branding options for ISPs, ASPs, Web hosting companies, Telcos and other service providers has launched the first ever fully-integrated, feature-rich, state-of-the-art Blog module to enable service providers to offer integrated website building and blogging services to their customers. SiteGalore as you may recall was in the news recently after it was awarded the prestigious NSTL (www.nstl.com) Certification;NSTL-Tested; stamp of software quality by the National Software Testing Labs, Philadelphia following a rigorous 3-tier scrutiny.

Unlike most blogging tools available today that only allow users to do common tasks like create, organize, archive and publish blog postings, SiteGalore’s BlogZone is a truly next generation Blog module. SiteGalore’s BlogZone features extremely easy to use interfaces including a Post-to-Blog option that is always just one click away. Comprehensive state-of-the-art features include a feature-rich, browser-based DHTML Editor, options to compose rich text Blog postings with images, audio, video, & other files, an advanced member management system that allows creation and administration of an entire online community of members who contribute to Blogs, over 5000 Blog design templates, instant email notification of fresh Blog postings, powerful Blog moderator options, a customized module for inviting new members to join the online community of Bloggers, reliable Blog re-spawning options to handle emergency situations and an efficient Blog archiving system for quick and effective retrieval. What’s best is the fact that BlogZone was developed from scratch by Akmin and is tightly integrated with the SiteGalore website building application, thereby eliminating the big problem of buying and maintaining third party tools or plug-ins.

Mr. Sam Wanyoike of CNETGlobal, USA says,”SiteGalore has continued to give us that an edge over our competition by innovative and regular additions to its bag of great features and modules. The recent integration of Blog or portal module only reaffirms Akmin’s commitment towards enhancing cost-effective business opportunities for service providers around the world.”
