Juneau Empire reports that the Live Journal Murderer Rachelle Waterman is due to stand trial on 3 February 2005.
The grand jury indictment charges Waterman with conspiracy to commit first-degree murder, second-degree murder, kidnapping, first-degree burglary, first-degree vehicle theft, and tampering with physical evidence.
