		<description>The comment that &quot;the [Apple Computer court] ruling is a blow to blogging, which in effect means the blogosphere does not have the same right under the US Constitution to protect the identities of sources as does main stream media&quot; is wrong.  No journalist, main stream or otherwise, has a constitutional right &quot;to protect the identities of sources.&quot;  Every now and then a reporter is jailed for refusing to reveal sources when ordered to do so a court.</description>
