John Edwards, candidate for the Presidential nomination of the Democratic Party in 2004 and contender for the same position in 2008, has met in a secret off-the-record meeting with leading left wing bloggers, according to a report at Time Magazine.

The move follows a week in which Edwards guest blogged at new political site TPMCAFE, an off-shot of Joshua Marshalls Talking Points Memo.
