The report also states what the rest of us already know: blogs are more likely to appear above other simliar sites in search engines.

I heard blogs can damage your career!
on the other hand some companies are employing bloggers now to blog about thier business on line.. Perhaps a bloggers careers advice center would be good..

Blogging helped me find my career. A potential employer read a blog of mine and contacted me via e-mail to offer me a job. It all depends on the quality and depth of your blog
