It seems like a life time ago now that Ellen Simonetti was fired from Delta (well October last year to be precise) but good news because Simonetti has filed a sex discrimination against Delta in U.S. District Court in Atlanta, claiming that male colleagues with possibly insensitive material on their own blogs have gone unpunished.

According to the AJC the suit seeks unspecified monetary damages plus reinstatement to her job.

The reports goes on to state that the case could plow fresh legal ground on whether a company can take action against an employee for operating a blog.
