Basically I'm reading blog spammers who are already going to target this, because if you say, people have to delete them, then imagine having 1 million blogs flagged, thats a lot of work. My understanding though is that it doesn't take human interaction to suspend a blog from the "next blog" option. In my experience as well with Blogger blogs (Ive set up one or two in my time) is that "next blog" is actually good for traffic. (well, maybe 10-20 pages a day).
