Micheal Krempasky of RedState.org is to appear before the US Congress today to urge the enactment of legislation that if passed, would legally recognize blogs as a form of media.

According to MediaPost, Krempasky will will argue the case of bloggers before the U.S. Congress Committee on House Administration in relation to the “Online Freedom of Speech Act.”
