Not content with flogging software that steals content from your friendly local blogger and reposts in into a spam blog, it looks like the king (or is that queens) of spam blogging Rick Butts of Blog Burner/ Article Burner fame is being threatened with legal action by Don from ArticleBot over the use of the name “article” in his product.

Butts thinks its all a big joke, and has emailed his contact list with a link to the post on this blog saying it all makes interesting reading. Both are accusing each other of taking up Adwords advertising for each others product as well.
