Google to launch Adsense referral program?

Jensense has all the details on the latest terms and conditions update for Adsense, with the addition of items referring to a “referral button”. An affiliate program for Adsense? Jen seems to know but hasn’t spilt the beans yet. A bit late to the party but better late that never if it is.
