The group previously known as Pajama’s Media: Open Source Media, is about to engage in a fight over its new name with a non-profit production company which already hold the trade mark on the name. When I wrote recently that these guys needed a SEO, little did I know that they would need a Trade Mark lawyer as well.

I think its fair at this stage that whoever is advising the group gets their marching orders….don’t you think!
