Axalto, a French developer of SIM cards has said that it has developed technology to enable mobile phone users to create blogs on the fly, enabling phone users to publish blogs and store them on the SIM cards used in phones that access GSM-based cellular systems, with the SIM card acting as a personal Web server.

LinuxPipeline reports that the company claims that it would take users only a single click to publish the multimedia blog and that others could immediately access the mobile blog either from PCs or other cell phones.
