Big news: WordPress.com is now open for business, according to Matt Mullenweg, and its all free for everyone at the moment. Not sure whether its still technically in beta testing, because unless your Robert Scoble you still cant edit your templates, but its still looking mighty fine.

Personally, I didn’t find it any better than blogspot. Sure, it’s WP, so that means that you have catagories. But the only customization you have is changin the header of the Kubrick template. I’d rather run a blogspot blog where I can do whatever I want with my template. In the future I think that they will be giving users more options, but with no plugins, and no custom themes, I don’t think it’s worth it right nowl.
