Teen’s blog used in DUI case

Blake Ranking, a Florida student, has been found guilty of DUI Manslaghter after posting a confession on his blog, which is then later tried to delete.

“It was me who caused it. I turned the wheel. I turned the wheel that sent us off the road, into the concrete drain . . .,” he wrote.

Prosecutors sited the blog posting in court as primary evidence of his guilt. He was jailed for 5 years.

    Okay, Pull Over! Grammar police here. It should be spelled “cited” not “sited.” “C” as in citation. “S” is used to denote a physical or virtual location.
