Handy tool for communicating with non English speaking bloggers

Ever wanted to talk to bloggers who don’t speak English (or who speak English), then this little tool will come in handy: the Yahoo Translating Proxy which works with Yahoo! Messenger to translate your typed message into various languages. The following languages are supported:

* English -> German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese
* German -> English, French
* Spanish -> English
* French -> English, German
* Italian -> English
* Portuguese -> English

I’m not sure how well they’d go translating me though, particularly phrases like “I’m buggered”, and Whadayaknow :-) The Australian to English version still hasn’t been released….
