    Another blog network focused on a vertical market. Hmm, or horizontal, or bent over, or…

    That’ll be interesting.

    Either people will quickly forget it, or it will tarnish the entire brand.

    If Gawker blog network can do it, I don’t see why 9rules can’t.

    Cowboy,
    neither what you nor Scrivs is doing is what I’d regard seriously in the porn stakes. The chap he’s hooked up with on the other hand is a lot more heavy in the porn stakes. We aren’t talking light titilation here :-)

    Scrivs has explained it to us very well, as he has also done here…

    Funny Duncan, that you ask what 9rules members think of it and before Scrivs replied, not one member, BUT – Paul (who, as I recall, had his own) Cowboy (ya’ think gspot might be?) and Duncan (who has more than a couple of ads that are – hmmm – Michael J. with breasts? What’s that all about? LOL)

    So, for how many years now has the “main stream” learned marketing techniques from the adult sites? Turn about – fair play?

    Besides, Scrivs is his own person. He can do what he wants. He’s let us know and also made it clear that it’s separate. If it turns out to be a mistake, I’m sure we will all learn something from it.

    Tarnish the whole brand? Come on Nick;

    “There is a principle which is a bar against all information, which is proof against all arguments and which cannot fail to keep a man in everlasting ignorance – - that principle is contempt prior to investigation.” – Herbert Spencer

    If it got THAT bad, we’d all just take the 9rules logo off our Blogs and move on, but I doubt that will happen.

    Have A Great Day,

    Mark

    “…your statements our {sic}* (are) based on untruths.â€?

    Cowboy, I have no reason to make a statement based on an “untruth”. Please don’t make libelous references to my character.
