I covered the story of the MSN Spaces/ Kanoodle tie-up the other day, but after reading even more news on the tie up it dawned on me….has Microsoft given up on an Adsense advertising alternative? There was a lot of speculation that their advertising program would head in the general Adsense direction and eventually be available to bloggers (like YPN is now…sort of) but launching Kanoodle ads on your blogs would suggest otherwise…food for thought.

I would say no. But I bet they are trying to do it right the first time. Unlike Chitika which was great at first, then died off. You need a powerful, unique long-term solution to compete with an established player such as Adsense.
