PacificNet has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Chinese company iMobile, an internet information portal and e-commerce distributor for mobile phone and accessories and mobile related value-added service providers in China that also provides a mobile blogging service into China that is reported to have 2.5 million registered users and hosts 20,000 blog postings per day.
