		<description>You could see this coming for the last month or two.  As to why he is leaving Microsoft, I&#039;m not convinced there is anything here other than one person&#039;s desire to simply move on to something new.

There may be a lot of mystery about Microsoft, but Robert is quite open about his experiences and perceptions there.
