At a real computer now ... well, since splogs have no ethics anyway, what's to stop them from taking any content they want? RSS is more of an inducement to them than CC.

What I wanted to expand on on a full keyboard is that the nature of GHS is lots of small coverage with relatively few stories that are likely to have wide, nationwide, broad interest. It will be a rare story that gets so widely redistributed that it rises to the level of being punished by SE. It's just not very likely to happen for a lot of reason around the likely sites to redistribute and the content of interest and the content available.

Fair enough Howard; however, it will be interesting to see if splog authors do take it as a license to start ripping even more content, although it will still violate the CC.

I'm posting from my treo,so I don't even know if this will work and I certainly can't be verbose.

I don't think we need worry to much about so much redistribution that we get punished.

a splog would be commercial use and that danger exists even without CC
