Why would you have Dreamweaver and then an additional program for flash websites when you can make any type of website with Adobe’s software which, I may add is the industry’s standard? That wouldn’t make any sense.

anyway I get the feeling that this post was meant for non advanced users. Dreamweaver demands an advanced user with in depth skill and knowledge of HTML and (preferably) CSS as well as Java as itis required to be able to implement flash into your script. I don’t see any reason for someone with yoru advanced skills to even try WordPress or anything the likes of it

I had worked with Joomla, but when building a webshop for a friend of mine, it throws out your test whenever you reach a certain amount of product photo uploads. This is very annoying as the backup is made into a Linux file which is a pain in the butt to open. So essentially one would be royally screwed. Joomla is NOT a very good place to be honest.

Along with almost everything which seems to be developing within this specific subject matter, all your viewpoints are actually fairly exciting. However, I appologize, but I do not subscribe to your whole suggestion, all be it refreshing none the less. It would seem to everyone that your commentary are actually not completely rationalized and in simple fact you are your self not really totally convinced of your point. Between me and my husband we’ve owned more MP3 players over the years than I can count, including Sansas, iRivers, iPods (classic & touch), the Ibiza Rhapsody, etc. But, the last few years I’ve settled down to one line of players. Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and screamed. I've read a lot of website builder reviews, but I've never heard of Webnode. If this program is free and aimed to bloggers, what's the advantage of webnode over sites like blogger?

Viviti.com is my fav builder. It is simple, but at the same time offers tons of flexibility. Webnode is just Ok. Didn’t really do it for me though.

I agree with Karl. Webnode is not that great. There are install problems and the templates look very simple. This really belongs to the MySpace set. If you want to really do a business site and go pro, I do think you go with WordPress or even what Google has to offer. By the way, I’ve heard about Weebly, which I hear is good too.

Hello. After reading this post, I tried to build my own website, by using WebNode. Sadly, it was a bit difficult to use. I then searched the web for another website builder and found this one. It is much more easier to use and also offers more features than WebNode. It's an 4 easy steps DIY website. I recommend it to anyone who wants to build their own website in a matter of minutes.
