WordPress has been updated to 2.5.1 and the release is out now. The release fixes a very important security flaw that is said not to be public yet, but it will be. If you want to, you can nab the three files needed for this particular security fix.
The entire release have over 70 fixes, reportedly including the media uploader, which has been funky for a lot of users. As always, you should upgrade, and if you haven’t switched to the 2.5 branch yet, maybe this is the time?

I have read the upgrade on the 2.5. I tried the upgrade on the last one, messed all up. I was wondering if someone would be willing to walk me through this one in more detailed and untechnical steps. If so Please email me. Thank you in advance, and it shouldn’t take me long if walked through step by step in more detail. Thanks again

@lynn ratner:
Please ask for such help in the WordPress Support Forums and check the Upgrading WordPress instructions in the WordPress Codex, the online manual. They offer step by step instructions. The key is to delete the files first (except for the folders they tell you not to delete) and then upload the new files. The majority of users never have a problem if they follow those simple instructions.
