New PodPress Version Due Soon

People being worried that the popular PodPress plugin is dead and gone will be happy to learn that a new version is almost ready for release. Weblog Tools Collection’s got more.

The background is that the developer’s domain was messing around, which made people fear that the plugin was gone. Many blogs are using PodPress, and there have been reports that the current version (8.8) is somewhat messing with WordPress 2.5 installs. Even more blogs and sites will be able to use the plugin in the future, with Drupal support coming soon.
