A new forecast from Borell Associates tells us that local online ads will continue to grow, and even more than they thought in December 2007, according to a story up on WebProNews. This is somewhat of a duh! moment, I’d say, since there doesn’t seem to be anything that can slow online ads down at the moment, and local sites, stores, and services is growing in both number and actual value online.
However, it appears that we’ll see a slowdown in growth, from double-digit growth numbers to single-digit. By 2012, when they most likely have changed their numbers anyway…
