I think reputation is an important element in any business, if you look at all the online businesses that made it big such as Amazon, YouTube and Facebook. You’ll find that they all care about their reputation and try to maintain a good reputation by carefully choosing their content or products and by keeping away any useless or unacceptable content or products.
