Twitter account bag is fixed and  fixed version (1.5) is now on review by Apple.
I think it will be released for one week later.

This bug detail is following.

When you close user settings view without scrolling down and showing twitter account,account is lost. 
So when you open user settings view ,please scroll down and show twitter account and close view,then it is not lost.</description>
