They should really be banned. But banning them from <a href="http://www.zipitin.com/" rel="nofollow">Illinois Social Site</a> or other social site is so generalized. Anything in the internet that you can sign in is considered a social site right? Maybe they should make it more specific. Be specific with the word "Social Network Site" and also with the word "Sex Offenders". That world is also general. I'm just giving my opinion here. I also agree with this.
