Weed out subscriptions that aren't absolutely necessary.... not easy as I want to get every piece of info possible, but realistically it just isn't possible from a time perspective..... So far, my new smaller list is much more manageable.... I don't feel like I'm killing myself to keep up.... pretty common sense solution, but hard for someone like me that is stubborn about getting as much info as possible... I love keeping up with scores of blogs and there's just no way I could do it without Google Reader. I still do visit blogs directly to post comments, but the bulk of my post reading is done via RSS feeds.
