This one-day conference will provide a focused platform for the global cloud computing industry.

The Social Media Business Forum
October 23 — Durham, NC

The Social Media Business Forum will feature national and local speakers from marketing companies, technology companies, and social networks discussing ways in which business communications have changed because of social media.

140 Characters Conference
October 27 — Los Angeles

Organized by Jeff Pulver, this conference had its first stop in New York City in June. 140 Characters will be taking place in Los Angeles on Oct. 27 and will address Twitter’s disruption of social media and look at microblogging’s effect on businesses, brands and advertising. Panelists include Jason Calacanis, Dave Winer, and Billy Bush.

African Bloggers Conference
October 29 – Nov 1 —
Nairobi, Kenya
A gathering in the nation of Kenya of bloggers from all over Africa.

Internet Summit 2009
November 4-5 — Raleigh, NC

Internet Summit ’09 will feature over 75 speakers. Topics will include social media, blogging, real time, mobile, video, search, online advertising, e-commerce, analytics, the cloud, and more.

Social Networking World Forum — California
November 9-10 — Santa Clara, California
This event taking place at the Santa Clara Convention Center actually consists of three conferences: two days dedicated to social networking, one day dedicated to enterprise social media, and one day dedicated to social TV. Key speakers include social networking publishers, advertising agencies, industry analysts, software developers and equipment manufacturers, pay-TV and network service providers, mobile operators, and more.

November 10-13 — Las Vegas

PubCon Las Vegas is a multi-track educational conference hosted by SearchEngineWorld & WebmasterWorld.
