You can buy it direct from the publisher Kogan Page (http://url.ie/24bf), or from Amazon (http://url.ie/mbh) or from other online and bricks-and-mortar bookstores like Waterstones, Barnes & Noble and others.
The first print run has sold out, and Kogan Page are awaiting another batch of books, which should be with them soon.
