Dusting off the Blogroll
by Matt Craven

Our Blogroll – which shows 10 folks at a time down in the footer (randomly) – is feeling a bit dated.
So we’re looking for some interesting new blogs to profile here at The Blog Herald – as well as to add to our blogroll.
Hey, it’s free traffic!
Drop a note in our comments and we’ll take a peek —

Thanks

By all means please review my site to be included. Thanks….
I maintain http://www.anotherblogger.com which is my personal dumping ground for assorted technical, political, and Portland-ish things, or for a more niche market I run http://www.dogcaught.com which focuses on railroad-related photography.
Well I’m not gonna pass up the chance at a free link. I run http://www.randomshapes.com and would love to see it in your blogroll.
Thanks.
Matt my friend :-)

my personal canvass where I can let loose – recent accolades include my coverage of WordCamp 2006 from afar. BTW, take a look at my latest post – I’m proud of it.

My business/professional blog – where I make my living.
Take your pick – or better yet, both will be a fine addition to your blogroll :-)
Hey there,
I run Abandon Nest, http://www.abandonnest.com, a blog all about self-sufficiency and living on your own. I’m sure it’s ripe for reviewing. I’d love to hear a “professional” opinion on my content :)

I run two blogs worthy of mentioning here: 1. My personal blog, where I talk about technology, quotes, netflix, etc… http://www.planetmike.com/journal/ 2. My wife and I run http://www.ShowBizRadio.net where we discuss theatre in the DC metro area. We have reviews of shows (focusing on community theatre, there are many places to get info on professional theatre), as well as schedules of upcoming shows, an audition listing, a Live365 radio station playing Broadway showtunes, and we’re attempting to gather a fairly complete list of the People involved in local theatre.
I greatly appreciate your take on blogs and the media – I am the publisher of Desicritics.org, part of the Blogcritics.org network and would like to invite you to check out our site, which covers media, culture, politics, sports, and more, with a global South Asian focus.
Best regards,

Matt, For dust-free, shiny & flavorsome blogrollage, check out Freshblog, where Greg & I highlight & develop tools to integrate the blogosphere more closely. We focus on ways to bring categories, tags & social bookmarking into the Blogger platform, as well as ways to make the conversation between blogs more transparent. We’re also the principal instigators / editors of the Blogger Hacks Wiki, which does exactly what it says on the tin!
I write a blog about the wildly popular Imus in the Morning Show. I include a summary of each days show along with my own little comments or rants. I plan on adding audio clips from the show in the near future. Politicians have a way of saying embarrassing things on the show and it would be nice to have them memorialized on the internet. They been on vacation this week so I have written some suggestions for the show. http://www.imusblog.com
I may not have the best blog in the history of ever, but I like to think it’s coming along nicely. This is the one I’m working hardest on lately, and I’d love to see it up here on the Blog Herald.
Hi. Getting in a little late here. My blog, Ducksnorts, is about the San Diego Padres baseball club. The site has been around since 1997, the blog portion since June 2001. It’s a humble blog but we have a great community of passionate fans. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
