84% of teens don’t want to share blog content: survey

Interesting new survey from AOL’s Red service indicating that 84% of teens don’t want there blogs open for the entire world to see.

The survey comes at a time of rising warnings in middle America about blogs being a serious threat to the health of kiddies.

  • The main reason for this is that most teens would slash their wrists if they knew even one person (regardless of if they live in Wooloomooloo or Beijing) had read their blog which mainly talks about their bulimia and or their parent/sibling hatred. I think the blogs are cathartic. I know mine is.

  • I think that the golden rule of blogging is never publish anything on-line you wouldn’t want everyone you know to read.
