Introducing Lorelle VanFossen!
I am absolutely so pleased to introduce another member to our blogging team, Lorelle Van Fossen VanFossen! One of the few individuals who needs very little introduction, Lorelle is perhaps best known for her work on WordPress, blogging at Lorelle.wordpress.com.
Contributing regular and beefy posts to the news and literature on WordPress has been a staple for Lorelle, and for those interested in using WordPress as a blogging engine, her blog is simply required reading. For the uninitiated, you could start with her Resource page — consider yourself forwarned, though there’s a lot of material in there!
But there’s more to Lorelle than just WordPress.
She’s an accomplished author, public speaker, and consultant on web writing, web design, web standards, accessibility standards, and blogging. In fact, she has written over a thousand articles on WordPress, bloggging, web design and development. She also travels the world as part of the duo team of VanFossen Productions, professional nature photographers and writers presenting workshops and programs on travel, writing, and nature photography.
Lorelle will be contributing both daily posts and regular columns here at the Blog Herald. Her topic will also be WordPress related tips, hints, and other material, but she will also blog about blogging. Besides WordPress its yet another thing that Lorelle clearly has a tremendous understanding of, and I am so pleased and humbled she will be bringing some of her own thoughts and wisdom to the BlogHerald.
Welcome aboard, Lorelle!
Tony Hung is the editor of the BlogHerald. He is also a physician finishing his last year of residency in General Internal Medicine, and blogs at Deep Jive Interests , where he rants, occasionally, on new media topics.
Thanks for the welcome, and it’s VanFossen with no spaces. The space screws up computers, the worthless thingies. ;-)
Duly noted!
Hello Lorelle! We’re glad to finally have you on board. Welcome! :)
