Washington Post covers blogging sackings

Big coverage today on blog sackings with the Washington Post publishing a rather lengthy article on the subject, featuring a range of bloggers who have been fired, or attempting to be sacked.
Unfortunately the article does but together the dumb bloggers who were deservedly sacked (Rachel Mosteller comes to mind) with those who were unfairly fired, in particular Ellen Simonetti, who was sacked for nothing more than appearing in uniform. We reserve comment on Mark Jen for fear of starting a flame war.
i’m sorry I don’t see how talking trash about your work without mentioning names or identifing yourself is a “fair firing” while someone talks trash about work and then post a photo of herself identifing her and her employer is considered a “unfair fire?” can you clear that up?
