YouTube now showing more than 100m videos a day

The Sunday New York Times is reporting that YouTube is now showing more than 100 million videos a day via its sites.
Amazingly, this turns out to be around sixty percent of all videos that are shown online.
That is some serious bandwidth.

How do they store so much video? It must require a massive storage system.
