On another front, Essex County Council is implementing a communications and marketing services framework agreement. Following a competitive process, LG Business Solutions bagged a UK PR contract from an undisclosed agency and will remain in position for an indeterminate duration.

A recent PR pulse survey indicates a growing trend among PR leaders adopting AI for crisis communication strategies. More than half believe AI can expedite crisis management, and a substantial portion acknowledge AI’s effectiveness in recognising crisis-related patterns to devise preventive strategies. As AI’s role in crisis communication continues to evolve, more PR leaders are expressing satisfaction with the technology’s capabilities.
